How will I be notified my Interlibrary Loan materials are available?

Check your NTC email for updates on your request.
- An email will be sent to your NTC student or staff email address notifying you when your item has arrived and is ready for pickup at the Wausau campus.
- Pick up your item as soon as possible as the lending library determines the due date for these items.
Article requests: you will receive an email with the article attached, or a link & password to access the article for a limited time.
Printed Books/DVDs: You will receive an email that the item is available for pickup at the Wausau campus.
Unfilled requests: An email will be sent to your NTC student or staff email address notifying you if the item you requested is unavailable through Interlibrary Loan.
